Maggie Thorp, JD, obtained these documents through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
What followed was a stunning revelation: the production, though heavily redacted, exposed coercive tactics by HHS and the CDC. Specifically, it revealed how Cooperative Agreement Grants were wielded as tools of control—used to pressure non-profit organizations into aligning with the government’s preferred COVID-19 narrative and patient care protocols.
The response totaled 1,434 pages. Of these, 1,196 were completely blacked out (83.4%), and the remainder was riddled with redactions—line after line, detail after detail, withheld from public view.
What are ACOG, HHS and the CDC so desperate to conceal?
